Franklin County Public Health will be here for a community naloxone training. Attendees will learn about the biology of addiction, the risk factors that can lead to addiction as well as some substance abuse prevention strategies. Attendees will learn about the signs and symptoms of an opiate overdose and how to properly assist an individual experiencing an overdose. At the end of the training, participants will be given a Naloxone nasal spray kit. Register here
